Pedagogical conditions aimed at preparation of future bachelors of food technologies based on the competence approach

Abstract
The article reveals the main approaches to the definition of pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future professionals in vocational education. The author offered his own vision of pedagogical conditions on the basis of the competence approach: the creation of a motivation and value environment in the learning process; expansion of the cognitive-activity component of the professional training of future bachelors of food technologies through the use of interactive teaching methods; the development of personal and professionally important abilities, personality and moral perfection of the personality of the future specialist, which will ensure a successful outcome and contribute to the formation of a high level of professional competence of future bachelors of food technologies.
