COMPETITION AS A FACTOR OF CONSULTING SERVICES’ PRODUCTION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of the analysis of the market competitive environment. The market of consulting services of Ukraine is chosen as a research object. This is a classic example of the market of monopolistic competition. In the article were analyzed factors influence on the indicators’ dynamics of the level of competition development, revealed the main trends on the market, and researched the conditions of consulting companies’ operation. The author attempts to consider competition as one of the factors of production. For this purpose, an economic-mathematical model was constructed. There was taken into account the aggregate indicator of competition as one of the production function’s variables. Based on the results of model testing and its approbation, there were drawn conclusions about the positive impact of competition on the growth of sales volumes on the Ukrainian consulting services market.
