Complex functioning of housing and communal services on the basis of the electronic governance

Abstract
The article deals with the current state of public management of housing and communal services in Ukraine. The role of e-government in the current conditions of housing and communal reform is determined. The expediency of communicative interaction of government bodies and civil society with the use of e-government technologies is substantiated.
