Comprehensive Anxiety : A Case Study Among the Pupil Teachers in District Jammu.

Abstract

Present study has been designed with set objectives to study the anxiety levels among the pupil teachers in Jammu district. India’s improved education system is often cited as one of the main contributors to the economic rise of India. The private education market in India is merely 5% although in terms of value is estimated to be worth $40- billion in 2008 and will increase to $78 billion by 2012.Though educational system is growing day by day but the teachers teaching in the education department are facing stress, frustration, anxiety. Various efforts are being made by both Central Govt. as well as the state government to provide better facilities to the teacher community but then also they are not satisfied on various fronts, it leads to the raised level of anxiety further resulting into low quality education imparted to the students.
