CONCEPT AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE OFFENSE COMMITTED WITH TWO FORMS OF GUILT

Abstract
The article examines issues related to clarify the nature of the crimes, the commission of which can be combined different forms of guilt: intent on the act and negligence on the consequences. In particular, article studies scientific approaches to determining the causes that led to the emergence of relevant theoretical positions and further consolidation in the legislation. Within the article the critical analysis of the existing criminal law science approaches to the definition of “crimes form a double fault” and attributes that make up this concept.
