LAND PLOT AS A REAL ESTATE OBJECT UNDER THE LAWS OF UKRAINE AND GERMANY, FORCE ALIENATION OF A LAND PLOT

Abstract
The article analyzes the definition of such concepts as “real estate” and “land plot” in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and Germany. The reasons for the forced alienation of land plots due to social necessity, inherent in the above-mentioned countries, are also identified. Based on international experience, some changes in national legislation have been proposed.
