PRINCIPLE OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT: THE EU EXPERIENCE AND PROSPECTS FOR UKRAINE

Abstract
The present article is dedicated to the potential benefits and ways of introduction of socially responsible public procurement in Ukraine based on the EU experience. The author gives special consideration to the potential means of social clauses integration into different stages of public procurement process. It is suggested to define the principle of social responsibility as one of the fundamental principles in the development of public procurement policy.
