Abstract
The article investigates the concept and features of servitude under the laws of Ukraine. And studied the history of the establishment of land easements, servitudes types and reasons of suspension, the problem of forming a modern model land easement rights in Ukraine in the context of European experience. The conclusions and proposals aimed at improving land legislation in the regulation land easement relations.
