FEATURES REGULATION REPRESENTATIVE OF LEGAL RELATIONS IN CIVIL LAW UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to research of the Institute in the civil law of Ukraine. The author raises the problem of the relation of objects of legal representation in general and representational relationships that arose on the basis of an agency contract. Theoretical analysis of the current legislation and the scientific concept will form the direction for solving problematic issues in the field of legal relations.
