CONCEPT AND PECULIARITIES OF PERMISSIVE PROCEEDING

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of determining the concept of permissive proceedings, its content and the legal regulation system. The approaches of different scholars to the definition of “permissive system” and “permissive relations”, their ratio and importance for permissive process are analyzed. The attention is focused on the features and types of permissive proceedings.
