CONCEPT AND SATISFACTION OF PUBLIC FINANCES

Abstract
The article, based on an analysis of scientific views of scientists, the theoretical approaches to the interpretation of such notions as «finance» and «Public Finance». Courtesy of the author’s definition to define the term «public finances». The basic function of public finance, which could include: distribution, control, regulating and stimulating functions. Proved that the public finances should ensure a steady and sus- tainable economic, social and political development of the state. Their main purpose is realized through the creation and use of various funds financial resources.
