CONCEPT OF FINANCIAL OFFENCES: UKRAINIAN AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Abstract
In the article there are the features of the concept of “financial crimes” in Ukrainian and foreign legislation. It points out some theoretical approaches to the definition of the term, taking into account the origin of the genesis of the concept of “financial crimes” from the “offense” of the concept as a whole. The author presents his own view on the definition of “financial crime” on the basis of the studied approaches. Considered signs, subjects and objects of financial offenses. Some attention is paid to the consideration of foreign experience allocation of financial offenses as a separate category in the legislation of states of different legal families (UK, Germany, Kazakhstan, France). There are some conclusions about the need to separate categories of “financial crime”, “financial crime”, “financial misconduct”.
