EVOLUTION OF CUSTOMS LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE REGULATING PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Abstract
The customs legislation of Ukraine is analysed from 1991 till now in the field of defence of intellectual property. The basic stages of development and becoming of mechanism of defence of intellectual ownership rights are described by public organs during moving of commodities through the custom border of Ukraine and influence on his forming of international legislation and legislation of ES.
