CONCEPTUAL GOING NEAR UNDERSTANDING OF CATEGORIES «TOWN-PLANNING ACTIVITY» AND «BUILDING»

Abstract
In the article some problems of understanding are lighted up legal categories «town-planning activity», «building» and approaches are certain, to the decision of essence of these legal categories. It is marked that terms a «town-planning» and «building» are well-known and current, that enables to on various interpretation of these legal categories. In this connection, there is a necessity of scientific comprehension of concept «town-planning» and «building» for a subsequent update, improvement of a build legislation.
