INSURANCE SUPERVISION OF THE MARITIME INDUSTRY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article considers the problem of regulation of insurance supervision in the maritime industry in Ukraine. Defined functions, types and forms of insurance supervision in Ukraine. Also, the article analyzes and studies the main goals and objectives of insurance supervision and highlighted a number of positions which provide for the further improvement of regulation of insurance supervision in the maritime industry in Ukraine.
