COURT FEE PAYMENT: ISSUES AND REALITY OF THE LEGISLATIVE SECURITY

Abstract
This article is devoted to essential features of courts fee as a main type of the legal costs. It analyzes the context of Ukrainian legislature changes concerning to the principles of payment and rate of the court fee. It was exposed disputable issue of reform law regulating payment of the court fee. It was proposed the first step to resolve the issue of the court fee payment.
