Abstract
The article is devoted to the identification of theoretical and methodological problems of modern lawmaking, as well as the identification of some practical aspects of the implementation of this direction of research. The expediency of scientific development of this problem is conditioned by the need for a radical update of the system of legislation, including the creation of laws of high quality in the form and meaning.
