Concept of Reconstruction of Square at Intersection of P. Višinskio and Stoties Streets (in Šiauliai City) as an Alternative Way of City Image Formation

Abstract
Landscape architecture can help to create and shape the view of a city. Therefore it is proposed to draw attention to formation of image of Šiauliai city. As an example, the conceptual proposal for reconstruction of the square located at intersection of P. Višinskio and Stoties streets in the central part of Šiauliai city is presented in this article. This conceptual proposal is based on the elements that shape the image of the city. This idea could lead to development of a policy of formation of greenery and urban image in Šiauliai city
