CONCEPT OF SYNERGY IN SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

Abstract
The theoretical positions of the concept of synergy in socio-economic systems are explored. The inconsistencies in the notion-categorical apparatus are determined and the author's vision of their solution is presented. Synergy and synergistic effects are distinguished. The essence of synergy and synergy effect are determined. Their definition is the basis of the implementation of the synergy theory in the management of the personnel potential of the enterprise.
