Abstract

The article includes the legal concepts on the fundamental right to education that exemplifies the approach on the fundamental right to education under two aspects: the awareness of the meanings of theoretical importance of the fundamental right to education as a mechanism of transmission of experience, knowledge and moral principles from generation to generation and the regulation of the fundamental right to education as a legal warranty of continuity and quality of the social development. Like other human rights, the fundamental right to education is a social- historical phenomenon, the essence of which has been manifested in time, together with the development of the fundamental right to education as a special kind of social regulation, a fact that was reflected both in the ideological and theoretical understanding of the essence of the fundamental right to education, as well as in the attempts of its legal regulation.
