CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO BUILDING CLOUD SERVICE

Abstract
The article deals with the basic principles of building a cloud services model based on SaaS. This type of cloud services is currently developing dynamically in Ukraine. The author identifies the main problems of building modern cloud services and options to solve them by applying methods of analysis of complex systems according to economic criteria. The feature of cloud services is their poor structuring in comparison with traditional information systems, and the freedom of users and developers in terms of quantitative and qualitative development of the system. Modern cloud services represent complex dynamic information systems which include many different components. In forming of the structure of cloud service method of comparative analysis according to the criterion of functional suitability gives the opportunity to choose platform for cloud service, to form the composition of the components and functions of such a service, and select a subset of options for implementing cloud service that will most likely meet the owner's requirements. The methods and models can be used in various fields of Economics and Management for the construction and operation of cloud services.
