CONCEPTUAL ASPECTS OF THE ECONOMIC POLICY FOR STIMULATION OF CREATION OF HIGHLY PROJECTIVE WORK PLACES IN INDUSTRY

Abstract

Purpose. The aim of the article is to establish the conceptual directions of economic policy for stimulating the creation of high-performance jobs in the industry of Ukraine. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the methods of fundamental and general scientific methodology of knowledge of the studied phenomena and processes, in particular: monographic, economic and statistical – in substantiating the effectiveness of creating high-quality jobs in industry; system analysis, abstract and logical – in defining the main measures for state support to the development of the industry and the formation of efficient cluster entities with significant potential for creating high-performing and sustainable jobs. Findings. The consequences of creating high-quality jobs in industry for economic growth and social development of the country are revealed. The main tasks of the economic policy for stimulating the process of creating highly productive workplaces in industry are generalized. The main measures supported by the state on the part of the state and the formation of effective cluster entities with significant potential for creation of high-yielding and sustainable jobs, are proposed. Originality. The scientific novelty can be considered the definition of the conceptual framework of economic policy to stimulate the creation of high-performing jobs in industry, which includes the construction of the industrial sector development goals, the scheme of creating high-yielding jobs in industry for economic growth and social development of the country, identifying the nature of various tasks, their essence and measures supported by the state to create effective cluster entities. Practical value. The practical significance of the obtained results is to facilitate the development of a system of state influence on the processes of stimulating the creation of highly productive jobs in industry and to solve the challenges of supporting the adoption of managerial decisions in this area.
