Conceptual bases of formation effective cost control system engineering companies

Abstract
In the current economic conditions are increasing requirements for information management processes to ensure that relevant and effective implementation of cost management system. Studied the concept of cost management in the treatment of various authors and specific to engineering companies. Researched the conceptual approaches to the formation of an effective system of cost management company, tools, their purpose, and components of decision-making to ensure the investment attractiveness of the business in terms of sustainable development. The model developed effective system of cost engineering company, which makes it possible level by optimizing costs, improve management and bring it to the level necessary to achieve the objectives of successful operation in the long term. A symbiosis of techniques to transform advanced model of cost management, summarizing information on management costs relative impact factors. The use of the proposed system of cost management in the target company will cover all issues of its activities, promote constant search and discovery of reserves of saving resources, regulation costs, scheduling, accounting and cost analysis by type, promotion of resource optimization and cost reduction in order to improve financial -hospodarskoyi of the company.
