CONCEPTUAL BASIS OF EXPERT SUPPORT IN ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS

The article deals with the modern concept of providing expert arbitration . The analysis of existing legal provisions to provide expert arbitration jurisdiction in Ukraine and international legal regulations and proposed a mutually beneficial approach.
