SOURCES OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF UKRAINE AND ROMANIA

Abstract
In the article, on the basis of comparative analysis, the administrative law of Romania and Ukraine is compared. The distinctive features of the sources of administrative law of the Romano-Germanic legal system are singled out. A conclusion is drawn about the similarity of existing problems in the codification of the norms of administrative law, both in Ukraine and in Romania.
