Abstract
Conceptual questions of adoption of the institute of criminal misdemeanors to the legislation of Ukraine. A basic conceptual provisions of the bills, a scientific opinions and also foreign experience in advisability of criminal misdemeanors adoption in existing national legislation has been analyzed.
