CONCEPTUALIZATION OF PHENOMENON OF POLITICAL LOBBYING IN HISTORICAL GENESIS

Abstract
The article investigates political lobbying as a political, economic and social phenomenon. The historical genesis of its development and institutionalization are followed. It is determined that today lobbyism is not only one of the main mechanisms for the development and adoption of political decisions, but is a significant effective force of influence on state authorities.
