Concerning introduction of the classical model of the jury trial in Ukraine.

Abstract
The issue of the order of the meeting and voting in the jury was examined. It is concluded that the institution of the jury is in form and in content an analog of the abolished institute of people’s assessors in the criminal process. It is proposed to provide in Ukraine a classical jury trial model.
