Abstract
In order to avoid any confusion or derogation and to ensure legality, all action must necessarily be guided by certain conditions in order to comply with all the principles and principles. Thus, the simplified procedure for the prosecution of criminal cases on the basis of evidence administered during the criminal investigation phase is in fact an abbreviated procedure based on a plea of guilty and can be applied if certain conditions are cumulatively fulfilled.
