Conditions for the establishment of international fact-finding bodies within the framework of the United Nations

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the procedure of setting up fact-finding bodies within the framework of the United Nations. The practice, developed by the United Nations with regard to the establishment of fact-finding missions by the main and subsidiary bodies of the United Nations, was studied and analyzed. The main scope of issues to be decided when establishing international investigative commissions is determined.
