Facts fictions in the civil adjacent and their role in the process of proof

Abstract
The article analyzes the scientific approaches regarding the definition of fictions in the civil process, their classification, the study of values and role in the mechanism of legal regulation. Given the author’s understanding of the concept of «fiction» in civil proceedings of Ukraine.
