Abstract
The article deals with the legal regulation of affiliation in terms of national and international legislation. Shows statis- tics affiliations in Ukraine in recent years. The means by which implemented to ensure the confidentiality of affiliation in Ukraine. Characterized problems which may face as a result of affiliation disclosure of secret adoption. The analysis of foreign law in the field of affiliation, its importance and regulation by the state. Given rational conclusions about whether the state to ensure the secrecy of affiliation.
