Laryngotracheoesophageal cleft (LTEC) is a uncommon congenital malformation of the posterior part of the larynx, creating an abnormal communication between the laryngo-tracheal axis and the pharyngooesophageal axis. This condition manifest with non-specifi c respiratory symptoms, posing diagnostic challenge.
