Considering Effectiveness Factors Which Make Loyalty in Costumers and Representing Model. (Toulipers Company)

Abstract
Since companies believes that new customers attracting expenses is more than keeping former customers, recognizing factors which make customers loyalty have an great importance for most of organizations. Quality, reliance, liability, satisfaction and price as independent variables and loyalty as dependent variable were examined. Satisfaction variable parallel with loyalty variable in accordance with independent variables considered as a dependent variable in exam. According to gained results, all of main hypothesis based on meaningful relationship of satisfaction, quality, trustworthy, liability and expenses are confirmed, but it should be mention that gained results from previous researches confirm positive and meaningful relationship between trustworthy, reliance and quality on loyalty.
