CONSOLIDATED BUDGET EXPENDITURE OF UKRAINE IN THE CONTEMPORARY ECONOMY

Abstract
In the article the essence of the concept of budget expenditures. It deals with the main theoretical aspects of formation of the Consolidated budget. Dynamics of budgetary expenses of the Ukraine in the context of the functional classification and the economic characteristics of operations are explored. The problem aspects of global development of society in the context of the Consolidated Budget expenditures are determined.
