STATE SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF MORTGAGE LENDING TO AGRICULTURE

Abstract
The article investigates the basic conditions necessary for the effective operation of the credit relations system connected with the use of land. The formation of the mortgage mechanism of agricultural lending is proposed. The generalization of the experience of developed countries showed that without active participation of the state, the launch of the system of land-mortgage lending is practically impossible. Mortgage lending to agriculture in Ukraine should be regulated at the state level, therefore the main principles of state regulation and support of the system of mortgage lending in agriculture are given
