Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of the constitutional and legal ensure of the rights of small indigenous nation Sami by the legislation of Sweden. The constitutional and legal ensure of separate rights of small indigenous nation Sami by the legislation of Sweden is analysed. The main problems and perspectives of the development of the constitutional and legal ensure of the rights of small indigenous nation Sami by the legislation of Sweden are determined.
