Construction of strategy of development of enterprise on the basis of the formed system of the balanced indexes

Abstract
In this article realization of a development strategy reguires ceaseless monitorsng of the achieved results assessment. The enterprise balanced indicators system is formed on basis of expert information. Methodology of construction of the system of the balanced indexes, that will allow to choose the criteria of estimation of every aim, is presented, that will bring down subjective approach and will provide their mutual tying up, monitoring of development of enterprise will allow to conduct.
