Consulting Engineer in International Practices of Construction Contractual Relations

Abstract
The article deals with the topical issues of the implementation of world practices in introducing the institution of consulting engineering in order to enhance the efficiency of construction projects. The article defines the methodological aspects, tasks and directions that consulting engineers should do and follow, as well as analyzes international approaches to ensuring contractual activities of consulting engineers and provides recommendations on how to employ the approaches.
