Content Design of Future Teachers’ Professional Training in Order to Create an Innovative Project of Their Educational Environment

Abstract

In the article special attention is paid to the expediency of the upgrade strategy usage in the content design of future teachers’ professional training in terms of creation the innovative project of their educational environment. The analysis of documents that reveal the requirements for future primary school teacher professional training, the implementation of ideas and principles of the Bologna Declaration and implementation of ECTS was made. The classification of these documents was improved and presented in the form of three groups within the meaning of professional training (first group - basic documents of professional training (training standard, educational and professional program and characteristics, curricula, training complexes, etc.), the second specialist training, individual curricula of students grading scale of their training activities, etc.) and the third group - the documents that define various aspects of the institution, faculty in future teacher training (positions, instructions, recommendations, etc.). Based on their systematic analysis and practical experience, the main directions of content design of future primary school teachers’ professional training in order to upgrade the existing project of educational environment of professional training were defined, namely, sample-based design of the curriculum of future teachers professional training; content of the work program of academic disciplines, practices; educational and methodical support of professional training; extracurricular activities (socio-cultural, scientific, sports, etc.). Methodical recommendations for implementation of the principal directions of the content design of future teachers’ professional training in the educational environment of their professional training were suggested. The need to consider the latent educational content that exists in the educational environment of professional training was established.
