CONTENT OF SOCIAL AND HUMANITARIAN DISCIPLINES IN THE PROCESS OF FORMATION OF CULTURE OF FUTURE ORGANIZATION MANAGERS’ PROFESSIONAL INTERACTION

Abstract

The articles studies the problems of the enrichment of social and humanitarian disciplines’ content in the process of culture formation of future organization managers professional interaction. Determining role in the process is played by renewed content of such disciplines as “History of Ukrainian Culture”, “Philosophy”, “English Language for Special Purposes”, “Ukrainian Language for Business”, Fundamentals of Pedagogy and Psychology”. The selection of these disciplines is stipulated by the following: disciplines variability, possibility to obtain the unlimited number of their solutions, variety of view points which are of the same scientific character, the intentional potential for the disclosure of culture of professional interaction of future organization managers, the potential of a person for self&education and self&perfection. The article describes such leading directions in organizing and conducting lectures and practical classes as stimulation, communication in the form of dialogues, development of their problem character. Special attention is paid to certain technologies of study, which stimulate the activity of individuals engaged in educational process. Some of the technologies are: “solution tree”, structured debates, brain storming, conflict&method, seminar&and&training.
