Continuous legal understanding in the past, the present and the future of the civilization

Abstract

The article presents a new concept of continual legal understanding. From the point of view of the objective aspect, conclusions are drawn: that: the mnestic and synthetic (integral, complex) legal understanding is one and the same, since monistic legal understanding is complex structured. Law and duty also represent two sides of the same phenomenon. Legal understanding always combines pragmatic and value, secular and religious, as well as other components. The internal structure of law and its norms is split not one-dimensionally, but multidimensional, on the basis of an infinite number of criteria. The new type of law is the civilizational right. It connects all people on Earth, all their small communities and states in a continuous (continual) legal link, a continuum of legal relations. Within the framework of one branch of law, the horizontal and vertical legal relationship is one and the same. The methodological aspect of continual legal understanding includes the unity of a complex and individual, universal and unitary, general and private, as well as other polar and transitional forms of law, techniques, methods and means of cognizing society, human and law.
