CONTINUOUS SELF-GROWS OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS MANAGERS IN THE SYSTEM OF POSTGRADUATE PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of continuously self-grow of managers in vocational education as an important condition for their development in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. It also discloses direction and content of vocational schools managers training in the context of ensuring continuity of their professional growth and self-improvement.
