Abstract
Abstract In lucrarea de fatã dorim sã evidentiem contributia miscãrii bratului la tehnica aruncãrii libere la cos din punct de vedere biomecanic Pregãtirea tehnicã se impune mai ales la nivelul juniorilor aflati în proces de evolutie a mãiestriei tehnice, sã se abordeze, prin utilizarea resurselor tehnologice moderne, de determinare a aspectelor de fineþe ale executiei tehnice, utilizând analiza biomecanicã, video cantitativã, ca informatie obiectivã necesarã cunoasterii, conducerii si mai ales deciziei în procesul complex de perfecþionare tehnicã. Prin utilizarea metode de analizã biomecanicã se evidentiazã principalele caracteristici cinematice: poziþie unghiularã, unghiuri intersegmentare, vitezã unghiularã, acceleraþie unghiularã, caracteristici de spatiu si timp ale miscãrii, pentru caracterizarea cinematicã unor elemente tehnice de bazã, din baschetul
