CONTRIBUTION OF MUNICIPAL AUTHORITIES KHARKOV'S CITY IN THE HEALTH PROTECTION SYSTEM (END OF THE XIX – THE BEGINNING OF THE ХХ.)

Abstract
In the article the social aspect of activity of the Kharkov city governments of power opens up in the end XIX – beginning of ХХ of century, in the context of health protection and satisfaction of sanitary-hygienic needs of Kharkov, that is one of basic and plugs in itself key positions of development of equipping with modern amenities of city and comfort life of his habitants. This article stipulated complex application of scientific and special historical methods. Among the first the methods of analysis, synthesis of facts and sources, are used. Among the second - comparatively-historical, problem-chronologic. Analyzing the sanitary situation of Kharkov, it should be noted that although assignation on the decision of these necessities of city were very insignificant, and multimillion loans ignored the primary necessities of population sometimes, Kharkov officials brought in a large contribution to development of health protection of city.
