CONTROL OF OPERATIONS WITH PRECIOUS RAW MATERIAL

Abstract
The article summarizes key control provisions, defines the main goals and stages. The functions of internal control of operations with customer-supplied raw materials on the part of the customer and the executor are determined. The five stages of the organization of control of operations with the given raw material are distinguished and described. The method of control of the executor in terms of implementation stages is considered. It has been established that the necessary prerequisite for control at enterprises is the structured allocation of specific units in order to consolidate responsibility.
