CONTROL OVER THE ACTIVITIES OF LOCAL STATE ADMINISTRATIONS: THE ISSUE OF IMPROVING LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to definining of ways of local state administrations control relations regulation perfection. There proposed to marking out the control process as a set of proceedings that will allow providing unity of control procedures, including the guarantee of the legality of their implementation. The proposals for amendments to existing legislation are substantiated.
