COORDENADOR PEDAGÓGICO EM ESCOLAS DE IDIOMAS: INDISPENSÁVEL PARA A EFETIVIDADE DO TRABALHO EM EQUIPE

Abstract

This article presents the results of a case study done in a language school, in order to spot the importance of an educational coordinator in order to provide the engagement of the team responsible for English teaching and the effectiveness of their work. Without an educational coordinator in such group, we tried to identify the aspects in which the absence of a coordinator resulted in inefficiency or inadequacy of the work done and also to emphasize where the presence of such professional would improve the results of the work such team has done. The diagnostic was a series of inadequacy and the lack of cohesion among the team involved _ teachers and director _ what represented the indispensability of a coordinator who can engage such team as well as give them directions to improve their teaching and the teachers education.
