COORDINATION POWERS OF MINISTER OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE IN STATE BORDER GUARD SERVICE ACTIVITY

Abstract
The scientific publication is about coordination powers of Minister of internal affairs of Ukraine in State Border Guard Service activity. Administrative decision about delegation of powers connected with Border Guard Service coordination from Cabinet of Ministers to Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine was analyzed. The peculiarities of coordination activity were formed.
