CORRELATION OF THE CONCEPTS “SOURCE OF LAW” AND “FORM OF LAW”: THEORETICAL AND CONCEPTUAL ASPECT

Abstract
The article analyzes the main approaches to understanding the category of “source of law”. On the basis of existing scientific works of native and foreign scientists, the essence and content of the concept “source of law” are revealed, the analysis of the ratio of concepts “source of law” and “form of law” is analyzed and their difference is justified.
